Who's Organizing The Camp?

I'm Lukas - co-founder of Ithara.ae - who knows how lonely and challenging this journey can be. After years of building my businesses and working with founders, I realized one thing: we need a space to learn from each other, share real challenges, and find practical solutions.

My goal is to create a group of open-minded, growth-oriented founders who aren’t afraid to admit they don’t have it all figured out. People who are comfortable saying, "I don’t know," and willing to raise a hand for help. I know we’re all busy and often put everything we have into our businesses, leaving little time to invest in ourselves.

That’s why we’re creating this format - a chance to take just two days to work on US so we can keep building. I’m creating this platform for myself and for other founders who sometimes feel alone. And because I know how important this is, I can personally guarantee that everyone invited will be a genuine founder - someone who’s coming to learn, share, and grow.

That’s why I’m organizing The Founder’s Camp - a place where we can grow together, not just as entrepreneurs but as individuals.
